Recognising Impact, Encouraging Unity, Celebrating Changemakers
Black Maternal Health Awards UK, spearheaded by The Motherhood Group, celebrates excellence across the maternal healthcare landscape. As recognised sector leaders with eight years of pioneering work in Black maternal health, we're proud to honour other changemakers who share our vision.

Black women in the UK remain more likely to experience serious maternal health and mental health complications. Through these awards, we spotlight dedicated individuals and organisations working alongside us to transform these statistics.

Our esteemed judging panel represents the finest in maternal healthcare, academia, and community advocacy. Together, we recognise outstanding contributions in care quality and access, maternal mental health, policy change, education and empowerment, and community support networks.

Together with our partners and allies, we're creating lasting positive change for Black mothers and their families.
