Black Mum Fest

Community

A community of black mums in what we would call our safe space. Free from judgement, feeling stereotyped, without the need to mask or police our tone.

Wellbeing

Black Mum Fest promotes positive wellbeing within black mothers. Discussing mental health in a way that we understand, can relate to whilst understanding the cultural nuances that come with being a black mum.

Resources

Signposting, offering guidance and advice panel discussions, raising awareness of campaigns and resources that black mothers can turn to after Black Mum Fest.

Peer Support

The epitome of black mums supporting black mums, culturally appropriate conversations, honest dialogue and trust around relatable topics. Celebrating the similarities and differences whilst building new friendships.
