What is our Mums Advisory Board?
Our Mums Advisory Board is made up of Black and mixed mothers who are passionate about advocating for maternal health and wellbeing. They participate in research, projects and raise awareness of the crucial issues within our community, whilst amplifying the voices of Black mothers and birthing people to help shape better outcomes.
Are you a Black/mixed mother who would like to join our Mums Advisory Board? Are you:
• Comfortable in sharing your story or lived experience • Passionate about amplifying the voices of Black mums and improving the outcomes in the care we receive • Able to dedicate a few minutes or hours, getting involved in projects (time and expenses covered) • Based in the UK Our Mums Advisory Board represents all aspects of Black motherhood.
