Holding Space

Pregnancy & baby loss support

A gentle, welcoming four-week series for mums who would value a supportive space to talk, listen and feel connected after pregnancy or baby loss.

Holding Space is delivered by The Motherhood Group on Mumbrite, in partnership with Sands. Together, we bring trusted community support, a welcoming digital space where mothers can join live from wherever they are, and specialist pregnancy and baby loss expertise.
